Shipping
LawnPride has a distribution centre in QLD only. All orders, Australia-wide, will be shipped from this location.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping rates will be determined by total order weight and delivery location.
Please also note - not all products are kept in our SA and WA warehouses. If you add these products to your cart, the 'pick up' option will not be available. This list is ever changing and will be best to contact us at info@lawnpride.com.au to enquire if you are having checkout issues.
Delivery
Expected delivery times will vary. Local QLD deliveries can be 2-3 business days. Interstate, NSW, VIC can be 3-7 business days. NT, WA, TAS, 5-9 business days. These expected delivery times can vary and greatly depend on carrier loads and current economic conditions.
Order tracking details will be emailed when your order has been processed. Tracking numbers will only become active when the order has been scanned by the carrier when collected from the warehouse.
Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a money-back guarantee 5 working days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@lawnpride.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned at your own cost to QLD warehouse.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. LawnPride Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
