LawnPride x My Home Turf “Win a New Lawn” Competition Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter

LawnPride Australia Pty Ltd in partnership with MyHome Turf Pty Ltd

 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must own or reside at a property located within one of the relevant competition states as promoted.
• The nominated property must be suitable for turf installation and accessible for delivery and installation within the specified timeframe. If additional services are required - this will be the winner’s responsibility and expense. 

 

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the 15th of January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on the 25th of February 2026 Competition. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Complete the online entry form at [https://lawnpride.com.au/pages/mht-competition-sign-up], including:
• Full Name
• Suburb
• Age
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Estimated area (in square metres) Approximate area in square metres 
• State whether you are the home owner or not
• A 25 words or less response describing why you would love to win a new lawn.
2. Consent to the privacy terms by checking:
• “I agree to receive promotional updates and have read the Privacy Policy and T&Cs.”
3. Subscribe to the LawnPride and My Home Turf newsletters by ticking the relevant box.

Upon submission, entrants will receive a confirmation message stating:

“Thank you for entering! Winners will be notified by email or phone on 26th of February 2026.”

 

5. Selection Criteria and Judging

• All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by LawnPride and My Home Turf.
• The winner will be selected based on creativity and originality of their 25 words or less response.
• The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Prize Details

The winner will receive:

• Up to 70 square metres of premium turf (variety to be confirmed by the Promoters).
• A one year’s supply of LawnPride lawn care products.
• Hands on support and advice from Nathan and Rusty during turf laying.

Total prize value: Approx. AUD $

 

7. Prize Conditions

• Turf installation will occur within 30 days of the winner announcement, subject to weather and site conditions.
• The winner is responsible for preparing the nominated area for turf installation at their own cost prior to turf delivery day. 
• Turf delivery and installation dates will be arranged directly with the winner.
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

8. Notification and Publication

• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone on February 26th 2026
• The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on the promoters website and social media channels within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

 

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoters’ respective Privacy Policies:

Entrants consent to the use of their details for administering the competition and, if opted in, for receiving promotional materials from the Promoters.

 

10. General Conditions

• The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including proof of identity, age, and address).
• The Promoters may, in their absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond their control prevent it from being conducted as intended.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
